Membership Registration Information

UPDATE: We now reached the maximum number of members that we are able to allow in our club.

For the 2025 season, we offer the following membership type:

  • Adult membership, age 18 to 64 – CLOSED
  • Senior membership, age 65 and over – CLOSED
  • Junior membership, up to age 17 – CLOSED

Registering Your Children for Summer Camps
You do not need to be a club member to register your children for camps.

Here’s how it works:

  • Step 1: Register your family by creating a “Primary Member” profile (parent/guardian)
  • Step 2: Add your child(ren) as Secondary Members
    • If you are not a member, select “Non-Member” as your membership type
    • If your child is taking lessons, they must register as a Junior Member
    • If your child is only attending summer camps, they can be registered as a Non-Member

Once your family profile is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps, including a link to camp registration.

Join the Waiting List
You can join the Waiting List in case additional spots become available due cancellations or injuries. It also helps us advocate for more resources with the city.


General Registration Instructions:

  • Request the Membership Form through the link below
  • Enter your email and submit the form
  • If you have already applied as new member or renewed your membership, you will receive an email with a link to the Update Member Profile form.
  • Click on the link in your email to proceed with the registration

You will be able to register as individual “Waiting List” member, or as a family group, e.g. Parent (primary “Non-member”) and up to 3 children.

Primary members cannot be junior member type.
Parents registering children must register as Primary Member (membership type: “Non-Member”) and register their children as Secondary Members.
Juniors intending to enroll junior lessons must be regular junior members.

Please note that each adult member must have a unique email address.

All membership fees are non-refundable unless you have sustained a long term injury and there has been a prolonged period of time with no court usage. As well, a medical certificate (doctor’s note) will be required.

IMPORTANT: ALL REGISTRATION PAYMENTS MUST BE DONE VIA ETRANSFER TO “ADMIN@VAUGHANTENNISCLUB.COM”.
