2025 Membership

Membership Registration Information

For the 2025 season, we offer the following membership type:

• Adult membership, age 18 to 64 – $130 – CLOSED
• Senior membership, age 65 and over – $100 – CLOSED
• Junior membership, up to age 17 – $80

UPDATE: We now reached the maximum number of members that we are able to allow in our club. Adult and Senior membership is now closed.
You can still register as a “Non-Member” for the purpose of registering your kids as Junior members or to register your kids to summer camps.
You can also, and we encourage you to do so, register in the waiting list. You may be able to join in the event that we have further opening throughout the season due to members withdrawing or due to injuries. Registering in the waiting list will also allow us to motivate further requests to the city and do better planning for the future

NOTE: Your email must be unique and cannot be used for any other members from the same household.

• Enter your email and submit the form
• If you are returning member, you will receive an email with a personalized link to the Renewal Membership form. 
  IMPORTANT: If you seem not to have received the email, make sure you check your “Junk” folder and add “membership@vaughantennisclub.com” to your Safe Sender lists.
• If you are applying as new member, you will receive an email with a link to the New Member Application form.
• If you have already applied as new member or renewed your membership, you will receive an email with a link to the Update Member Profile form.
• Click on the link in your email to proceed with the registration

You will be able to register as individual “Waiting List” member, or as a family group, e.g. Parent (primary “Non-member”) and up to 3 children.

Primary member cannot be junior member type.
Parents registering children must register as Primary and register their children as Secondary Members.
Parents who are registering children (juniors class) but do not intend to become club members, must register themselves with membership type “Non Member”.
However, the juniors intending to enroll junior lessons must be regular junior members.

Please note that each adult member must have a unique email address.

All membership fees are non-refundable unless you have sustained a long term injury and there has been a prolonged period of time with no court usage. As well, a medical certificate (doctor’s note) will be required.

Note: Only those that make the full payment for membership will be registered as a member. Non payment means that you are “not” registered as member.

IMPORTANT: ALL REGISTRATION PAYMENTS MUST BE DONE VIA ETRANSFER TO “ADMIN@VAUGHANTENNISCLUB.COM”.
