{"id":5184,"date":"2025-02-21T05:33:30","date_gmt":"2025-02-21T01:33:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vaughantennisclub.com\/stage2026\/?page_id=5184"},"modified":"2026-03-02T05:09:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T01:09:48","slug":"2025-membership","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vaughantennisclub.com\/stage2026\/2025-membership\/","title":{"rendered":"2026 Membership"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:29px\"><strong>Membership Registration Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">For the 2026 season, we offer the following membership type:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Adult membership, age 18 to 64 &#8211; $130<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Senior membership, age 65 and over &#8211; $100<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Junior membership, up to age 17 &#8211; $80<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">To request membership, click here: <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeALIAeRJIPU686qDZjkFpgWsaVqh5YA7S_aGksitZK8HyANQ\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>MEMBERSHIP REQUEST FORM<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>NOTE: Your email must be unique and cannot be used for any other members from the same household.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Enter your email and submit the form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">If you are returning member, you will receive an email with a personalized link to the Renewal Membership form.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">If you are applying as new member, you will receive an email with a link to the New Member Application form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">If you have already applied as new member or renewed your membership, you will receive an email with a link to the Update Member Profile form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Click on the link in your email to proceed with the registration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">You will be able to register as individual member, or as a family group, e.g. Parent (primary member) and up to 3 children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Primary members cannot be junior member type.<br>Parents registering children must register as Primary Member (membership type: \u201cNon-Member\u201d) and register their children as Secondary Members.<br>Juniors intending to enroll junior lessons must be regular junior members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Please note that each adult member must have a unique email address.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>All membership fees are non-refundable unless you have sustained a long term injury and there has been a prolonged period of time with no court usage. As well, a medical certificate (doctor&#8217;s note) will be required. A $20 service fee will be held.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>There is a $10 fee required if you want to join the Singles Ladder. The Ladder fee is non refundable, under no circumstances.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Note: Only those that make the full payment for membership will be registered as a member.
